A complex, decadent dessert beer, spiked with sour cherries and cocoa nibs. Has a pronounced, bitter-sweet dark chocolate and ripe tart cherry character.
Why would you not put these flavors in a beer. Decadance is the word...Even though this beer appears intimidatingly dark it is seduction to ever sweet tooth. A careful balancing act of chocolate from roasted cacao nibs giving a round, earthy chocolate quality combined with the subtle sour nature of the added cherries layered appropriately on top of a sweet malt base leads to a beautiful experience on hot poker, defused, or straight as it is.
